What does Thornlie Library offer for computers and Wi-Fi?
Thornlie Library is at 1 Culross Avenue, near Thornlie Shopping Centre and LeisureWorld. It has free Wi-Fi and a quiet room that groups of up to eight can book. It runs one-on-one Tech Help sessions, booked by phone or email with the library. Those suit learning a phone or tablet. Call us about a failing computer instead.
Is it an nbn outage in Thornlie or a fault at my house?
nbn's network status page answers that per address. Type the full address, since nbn says suburb results may be wrong for some services. It shows planned work for the next 12 days. If nothing is listed and the service still drops, nbn says to call your internet provider. If the provider finds no fault, the router or computer may be the cause, and we can check it.
Try the steps in Wi-Fi and internet help before you book.
