Tell us whether the computer starts, whether it connects to the internet and whether you can use its screen. That helps us decide if remote assistance is worth considering. A computer that will not power on, damaged equipment or a network fault may need someone there to inspect it.

• Mention parking, stairs, locked gates or other access arrangements when booking.
