Mark did a fast and efficient job on our computer. He knew what the problem was straight away and fixed it so that its running smoothly. He is a really nice bloke too. I recommend his services to others.
PC Fix-It provides an exceptionally reliable computer service. Whenever I run into an issue—often right in the middle of important work—I simply call Mark, and the problem is solved quickly and efficiently. The service is excellent value for money, and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. I’m a very happy and satisfied customer.
Our business recently encountered a unique software issue that caused our IT systems to behave erratically . PC Fix-It responded promptly and resolved the problem following a thorough, in-depth investigation. Despite our bespoke IT setup their technician handled the situation with ease and professionalism. Under PC Fix-It guidance we have since implemented new software policies and are pleased to have appointed them as our ongoing business IT support provider.

I don’t usually write reviews, but these folks at PC FIX-IT earned it. Brought in my laptop after it started acting up—slow as a wet week, and wouldn’t even start right some days. Thought for sure it was toast. They had it looked at, fixed, and running like new by the end of the day.
No runaround, no upselling, just straight-up honest work. They told me what was wrong, fixed it, and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. You can tell they know their stuff and take pride in doing it right.
If you’re like me and just want your tech to work without all the nonsense, these are your people. I’ll be coming back if anything else breaks, and I’ll tell anyone who’ll listen to do the same.
Can highly recommend. Service was prompt and fixed the problem with both my laptop and PC within half an hour. Mark was lovely to deal with and explained things in an easy to understand manner. We will be using their services from now on if needed.
