Meet Mark
I'm Mark Zoro Segec, the person behind PC FIX-IT. Based in Swan View, I help homes and small businesses across the Perth Hills and Perth suburbs sort out problems with Windows PCs and Macs, and make their technology work together.
You'll usually deal directly with me, including your first home visit and most service calls. When things get busy, subcontractors help cover the workload. If one will attend, we tell you in advance by message or call.
Before a visit
I hold a WA Working with Children Check and a construction safety Blue Card. I'm also registered as an IT integrator subcontractor within the WA Department of Education's integrator panel, working through an existing contractor arrangement. If your site needs particular checks or inductions, let me know before booking.

I started PC FIX-IT in 2008, supporting homes and small businesses with computers, networks, phone systems, printers, servers and IP CCTV. That includes systems hosted on a client's own network and services reached over the internet.
My previous engineering work includes building subsea-to-surface camera networks with 35 ms glass-to-glass latency, from the camera to the displayed image. I've also worked with 3D printing, scanning and design, including SolidWorks and AutoCAD, alongside hardware development, drone systems and SaaS software.
More recently, I've been working with vehicle CAN bus and OBD networks, including building, repairing and reverse engineering them to understand how the systems communicate.
That background helps when a problem involves several things working together. I like figuring out where the fault sits, then explaining the options in everyday language so you can decide what makes sense.
