About Bentley
Bentley crosses the Canning and Victoria Park council boundary and includes Curtin's Bentley campus and Technology Park. Give the actual premises and access contact for an appointment. For shared equipment, say who manages the accounts or network before changes are discussed.

Shared files unavailable to one person or everyone
Tell us whether the files live on another computer, a NAS or a cloud service, if you know. Include the error message and whether other users can still open them. Do not reset shared storage or change permissions while others are working without agreeing the interruption.
Leave access with the owner
When setting up a shared workspace, identify who should read or change each set of files and who approves new users. The owner should retain account recovery access. Discuss backup responsibility and a restore check alongside the initial setup.
Can you help with a NAS without replacing it?
We can assess the access problem and discuss options first. Tell us its model, any storage warnings and what backups exist before changing or resetting anything.
Arrange help and check the cost
Same-day, next-day and urgent call-outs available. Travel fees may apply for locations more than one hour from Perth CBD. Confirm the scope and total cost before work starts. There is no walk-in shop, so call before bringing equipment.
