About Riverton
Riverton is in the City of Canning, but Riverton Forum is in Parkwood, so give your Riverton street address when you book. For a home or office enquiry, describe the task you cannot finish, such as sending email or printing a document. Knowing whether it still works on your phone or another computer helps us plan the next step.

Email works on the phone but not the computer
Include the name of the computer email app and the error message, without private message content. Say whether receiving, sending or both have stopped. Keep the working phone available to compare the account behaviour during the appointment.
Check the whole printing task
Tell us whether the printer can make a copy itself and whether other devices can print. If scanning is also needed, include that in the enquiry. A test page alone will not show that your usual document and scanning workflow is working.
Can an email problem be checked remotely?
It may be suitable if the computer starts and has a usable internet connection. We will discuss access and the task first; never send account passwords or verification codes in the enquiry.
Arrange help and check the cost
Same-day, next-day and urgent call-outs available. Travel fees may apply for locations more than one hour from Perth CBD. Confirm the scope and total cost before work starts. There is no walk-in shop, so call before bringing equipment.
